Account Settings

Your profile and sign-in methods apply across every workspace you belong to. To open your profile, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select your profile card — the profile dialog opens.

Profile

First Name and Last Name are your display name visible to other workspace members. Email and Member since show your account email and join date.

Select Save Changes to apply.

Connected Accounts

Connected accounts are the sign-in methods linked to your account, such as GitHub or Bitbucket. To add one, select Link next to the provider you want. To remove one, select Unlink.

Keep in mind: At least one account must stay connected. Meldoc won’t let you remove your last sign-in method.

Delete Account

Deleting your account removes you from every workspace and permanently erases your profile, active sessions, connected sign-in accounts, and integration tokens. This action cannot be undone.

1. Open your profile from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. If you own any workspaces, choose what happens to each one — Delete workspace or Transfer ownership to another member — then select Continue.
5. In Confirm Account Deletion, type DELETE in the confirmation field.
6. Select Delete My Account.
