Meldoc offers flexible plans for teams of all sizes — all priced per workspace, not per user.
Plans
- Free — For small teams getting started. No payment details required.
- Pro — Full functionality with public publishing and AI features.
- Enterprise — Custom solution for organizations with advanced needs.

View Your Plan
Your current plan, limits, and usage are all in one place.
- Open Settings → Plan & Billing.
- On the Plan & Limits page, use the Billing tab for your subscription and the Limits & Usage tab to see current usage against your limits.
Upgrade Your Plan
You can upgrade at any time without losing data.
- Open Settings → Plan & Billing.
- On the Billing tab, choose Monthly or Yearly (Yearly gives you 2 months free).
- Select a higher plan, select Change plan, and complete checkout.

Keep in mind: Only the workspace owner can change the subscription, update the card, or cancel. Downgrades and switching a yearly plan back to monthly aren’t available in-app — contact us for those.
Limits
When you reach a plan limit, Meldoc shows a prompt explaining what’s blocked.
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month.
Some features are plan-gated: Teams isn’t available on Free, Duplicate Radar is available on Pro and above, and the number of Webhooks a workspace can have depends on the plan. The Pricing page has the full comparison.
FAQ
Do I have to pay to start?
No. Free is a real plan with no payment details required. Upgrade to Pro whenever you’re ready.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Contact us for Enterprise.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Data is preserved. Downgrades aren’t available in-app yet — contact us and we’ll help. Your new plan limits apply once the change takes effect.
Do you offer discounts?
We’re open to discussing discounts for startups and education. Contact us with your use case.
