Team

Add colleagues, assign roles, and control access — your team lives in Settings → Members.

Your workspace Overview carries a strip of everyone on the team. People currently in the workspace show a green dot, so you can tell at a glance who’s around before you ping them.

Manage members

Settings → Members lists everyone in the workspace with their status, role, last activity and join date. Pending invitations sit in the same list with a Pending badge, so you never have to look in two places to know who is actually in.

Change someone’s role from the dropdown next to their name; it applies immediately.

Members settings page

Removing someone revokes every integration token they created, and that is the part worth pausing on — a CLI job or an AI assistant running on one of their tokens stops working the moment they leave. It also unlinks their Git Accounts, so nothing keeps showing a departed colleague as a current member. Their documents stay in the workspace, and you can re-invite them later. You cannot remove yourself, and you cannot remove the Owner.
