Disconnect

There are three sizes of “stop”, and they undo different amounts.

Unpair one project

In the project’s Repositories panel, remove the repository from the Subscribed tab. Syncing for that pairing stops.

Nothing is deleted: the documents stay in Meldoc and the files stay in the repository. What ends is the relationship between them, along with the record of what the two sides had agreed on — so pairing them again later starts from a full comparison rather than from where you left off.

An open Meldoc pull request is not closed for you. Merge it or close it yourself, or the edits it carries never reach the repository.

Take a repository out of the pool

In workspace Settings → Repositories, remove a repository from the pool. Projects paired with it stop syncing.

Disconnect GitHub entirely

Disconnect GitHub in workspace Settings → Repositories ends the installation. Every pairing in the workspace stops, and the pool empties.

Keep in mind: If any repository has a Meldoc check marked required in its branch protection, disconnecting stops that check being posted and pull requests there will wait for a status that never arrives. Change the branch protection rule in GitHub first. See Pre-Merge Check.
