Public Showcase

The public showcase controls the order of projects on your workspace’s public page. Drag projects to highlight the most important documentation for visitors.

Open the showcase editor

Members and Admins can edit the public showcase.

1. Go to your workspace’s Projects page
2. Click Edit public projects order

This opens the Public Projects Order dialog, where you can drag projects into the order visitors see.

Reorder projects

Drag and drop projects to change their display order:

1. Hover over a project row
2. Grab the drag handle (grid-of-dots icon) on the left
3. Drag the project to its new position
4. Release to drop

Changes save automatically.

View public pages

From the showcase dialog, click View public page in the header to open your workspace’s public page. Click the external link icon on any project row to open that project’s public page. Both open in a new tab.

Visitors see your public projects in the order you set, with the project description under each name.

Add a project to the showcase

Only projects with Public access appear in the showcase. To add one:

1. Open the project’s settings
2. Under Access Settings, set Default Access Level to Public
3. Select Save Changes

The project appears in the showcase list automatically. See Project Access Control for more about access levels.
